Hosston Mira Water System under Boil Advisory | Environment

North Caddo residents who are on the Hosston Mira Water System are under a Boil Advisory. Crews had to repair two leaks, which required them to turn the water off. The water system's manager said the Department of Health and Hospitals will test the water and the advisory will hopefully be lifted on Thursday.

Residents of the water system are asked to boil any water they plan to use for consumption (drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, ect.). After the water comes to a complete boil, let it sit for at least a minute before letting it cool. Water used for bathing or washing clothes is not affected.
