Caddo Parish S.O. offering concealed handgun permit training | Events

The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is offering state-required training for anyone 21 and older wanting to obtain a concealed handgun permit.

Folks can complete most of the state requirements at one time by attending a class from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy on Friday, January 11. The course includes classroom and firing range instruction, and a qualifications course.

The cost to attend the course is $100. Pre-registration is required by calling Deputy Andrea Samuel at 681-0735.
